As humans we realize we are experiencing a feeling. That feeling translates into a behavior. Therapy can help us to realize that feelings are caused by thoughts. When we uncover the thought, we can change the way we feel and gain mastery of our lives.
Therapy can change reacting to a situation into acting in a positive manner.
